Kendrian Vampires FAQs

Welcome to the world of Kendrians, a diverse vampire race that has existed for centuries. Five clans comprise these sensual creatures of the night.

I've received several questions about my Kendrian vampires so I decided to start a FAQ section. If I don't answer your question here, feel free to email me at .

Q: What order should I read your books in?
A: My books are written stand alone but for a richer reading experience, I suggest the following order:

A Taste for Passion
A Taste for Revenge
A Taste for Control

Q: What part of Ireland is Ian/Duncan's mother from?
A: Ah, ah, ah...you must read Duncan's book (A Taste for Control) to find out. ;o)

Q:  Are all your Kendrian books available in print!
A:  I'm happy to report that they are!

Q: I noticed there are two different covers for A Taste for Revenge. What's the deal?
A: Yes, there are two different covers. One cover is for the eBook version and the other cover is for the print version of the book. It is the exact same book though.

Return to A Taste for Passion | Return to A Taste for Revenge| Return to A Taste for Control

Q: Will you be writing any more books set in your Kendrian world?
A: Yes! I do plan to write more books set in my Kendrian world.  There are too many neat characters who are asking for their stories: Ronan, Sabryn (pronounced Say-bren) and Sebastian to name a few.

Q: I can't find A Taste for Passion or A Taste for Revenge in print.  Where can I purchase it?

A: The rights to A Taste for Passion and A Taste for Revenge reverted back to me from the publisher in July 2008.  At this time no one is legally able to sell new print or eBook copies of these two books.  I haven't decided yet what I will do with these books, but I do plan to continue writing more Kendrian books in the future.

Bad In Boots FAQs

Welcome to Boone, Texas and the sexy cowboys that live in Texas Hill Country.

I've received several questions about my Bad in Boots series so I decided to start a FAQ section. If I don't answer your question here, feel free to email me at .

Q: What order should I read your books in?
A: My books are written stand alone but for a richer reading experience, I suggest the following order:

Harm's Hunger
Ty's Temptation
Colt's Choice
Hearts are Wild: Hearts Afire

Note: Harm's Hunger and Ty's Temptation are very loosely connected to Colt's Choice so you don't have to read either Harm's Hunger or Ty's Temptation before you read Colt's Choice. BUT Hearts Afire does tie up a bit of Colt's story nicely so I do recommend reading Colt's Choice before reading Hearts Afire.

Q: When will your Bad in Boots books come out in print?
A: All the Bad and Boots books are now available in print! Yey!

Q: I noticed you have a different cover for the BAD IN BOOTS print duet HUNGER and TEMPTATION.  Is it the exact same books as your HARM'S HUNGER and TY'S TEMPATION ebooks?

A: Yes, the print version will be the same as the two ebooks with an added epilogue to the print version that ties the two books together for a full length novel "feel".

Return to Harm's Hunger | Return to Colt's Choice | Return to Hearts Afire

Return to Ty's Temptation

Q: Will you be writing any more Bad in Boots books?
A: Yes, Cade and Mace still need their stories told.  So there will be at least two more Bad in Boots books...with a possible third. ;o)

Scions FAQs

Q: I love your Scions books. Please write more. Can you please tell me if there will be a Scions story for any of the following characters: Mira, Hawkeye, Roman or Laird?

A: I’d love to write more stories set in the Scions world in the future. If you’d like to see more Scions books, let the publisher know. :)

Q: I understand there are four stories in the Scions series so far. What order should I read your Scions books in?

A:

Scions:Resurrection
Scions:Insurrection
Scions: Perception
Scions:Revelation

Note: With the exception of Scions: Perception, all the other books are in print. Scions: Perception is an eBook novella written as a stand alone story set in the Scions world. You don’t have to read Scions: Perception to enjoy the overarcing prophecy storyline in the trilogy, but I hope you’ll check it out so you can meet Gabriel. ;)

Q: I’ve read all three Scions books I could find in print (Scions: Resurrection, Scions: Insurrection and Scions: Revelation), but I can’t find Scions: Perception in print anywhere. Where can I get it?

A: Right now Scions: Perception is only available as an eBook Nocturne Bite (novella length) through eHarlequin.com, Amazon Kindle and Fictionwise. If you’d like to have a copy in print, let Harlequin know your wishes and hopefully you’ll see Scions: Perception in a future Nocturne print anthology collection of Nocturne Bites.

Q: I noticed a romance about Gabriel and Abby (a Lupreda and a human) mentioned in the 3rd Scions book, Scions:Revelation.  I don't remember seeing their romance in the first two Scions books.  How did I miss their story?

A:  Gabriel and Abby's story is a Nocturne Bite (an eBook novella released by Harlequin).  Scions:Perception was written as a stand alone story, and you won't have missed anything pertaining to the prophecy if you haven't read it, but I hope you'll check out Gabriel and Abby's story nonetheless. :)

Q: I just read your latest book, Scions:Revelation. Where can I get the first two books: Scions:Resurrection and Scions:Insurrection?

A: You should be able to order used copies of Scions:Resurrection and Scions:Insurrection on Amazon.com.  In May and June 2009, you’ll also be able to order new copies of these two books via the Amazon.uk site. Harlequin is releasing my Scions books under the Intrigue line in the UK HERE. My understanding is that you can also order these books from Amazon.com, but you might get them faster if you order directly from Amazon.uk (which accepts orders from US customers).

Q: I live in the UK and I have to wait forever to get your books from the US. Will the Scions books be released in the UK?

A: In May and June 2009 Scions:Resurrection and Scions:Insurrection will be released by Mills and Boon under the Intrigue line HERE.

Q: How do you pronounce your hero's name in Scions: Resurrection?

A:  Jachin is a biblical name that means "he who establishes".  It can be pronounced a couple of ways: Jay cin or Yah kin.   I personally prefer the old-time pronunciation, Yah kin because it really seemed to fit my hero's character.
