Hi everyone! As I mentioned in my December newsletter, I’m giving away TEN sets of Scions Collector Cards. Now that the prophecy has finally been revealed, wouldn’t it be great to have a set of hero collector cards like the ones below to go with your books?

All you have to do to enter for a chance to win is post an answer to this question: Which story in the Scions series have you enjoyed the most and why?
You can pick from any Scions story: Scions:Resurrection, Scions:Insurrection, Scions: Perception (eBook novella) or Scions:Revelation and speak in general terms about the storyline or talk about the characters…whatever you like. (note: All I ask is that if you’re giving away a potential spoiler in your comment, that you please add a “spoiler” note at the top of your comment for those who might not have read the books yet)
Also, as an additional incentive to join in the fun (and because Frauke of Croco Designs is not only talented, but so generous!), I’ll also be giving away a $25 holiday voucher from Croco Designs.
Frauke at Croco designed the collector cards above as well as this cool banner you see to the left. Frauke’s service isn’t just for authors or aspiring authors, though Frauke does web design, bookmarks, postcards, etc, too. If you’re a reader, who’d like a new header banner for her reader blog, or maybe a new MySpace page, this voucher could go toward Frauke helping you with that, too. So come on, enter for a chance to win. I hope you’ll join in the fun!
Contest is open until 6 pm EST Thursday night, Dec 18. I’ll pick the 10 winners at random (which will include one $25 voucher winner) and post the winners names on my blog at 8 pm that same night.
Patrice
Note: If your comment doesn’t show up right away, don’t worry I have my blog on moderation to keep down spam. I’ll approve the comment as soon as I’m back on line.

Although I enjoyed all the stories in the Scions series, I liked ‘Scions: Resurrection’ the best. It was full of action and excitement and Ariel was a very feisty heroine who dicovers how courageous she can be and how attracted she becomes to the very alpha Jachin. They are definitely destined for one another and the whole book is wonderfully written. I
Let me start out by saying I LOVE everything you have written! They progressively get better.
That being said, I enjoyed Scions: Revelation the most. It has the best cover, the prophesy is revealed in its entirety and the electricity between Caine and Emma just leaps off the page!
Keep them coming, Patrice! =P
I have really enjoyed the Scions series. But my all time favorite is the latest one, Revelation. For me it was action packed. The connection between Caine and Emma was just amazing, I couldn’t put it down. I hate that it ended. I believe it had the best cover art too. I enjoyed it so much I end up giving it to a friend as a Christmas present. =D
Hello Michelle my answer is Scions Revelation I loved the Chemistry between Caine and Emma and trying to find the missing Aunt. I really enjoyed that book thank you and I like your writing style. I really would like to win a set of the scion trading cards.
Hi Patrice!
I still need to read the ebook novella and Scions:Revelation. The novella is in my TBR pile. Revelation…well…I asked santa to put Revelation in my stocking this christmas. It remains to be seen if santa listened to me or not. I loved both resurrection and insurrection. If I had to choose, I would have to say I liked resurrection the best. Love them vamps!
I have all your books in TBR pile which I plan on reading during my two-week Christmas break.
I would really love a copy of the cards.
So far I’ve liked the Scions Series best. Keep up the good work.
I liked Insurrection the best. Caine called to me. I enjoyed reading about him. I thought it was a very strong guy.
I’ve never had a chance to read any of your books Patrice but after reading the excerpts to your books “Scion: Revelation” appeals to me because of the storyline and I love the cover.
your name, my mom taught me how to spell hers, mildred ,,,, mild red
Sorry Patrice, but I can’t pick just one book. I loved them all!! But I loved Jachin. I have a thing for “vampires”.
Shari, I’m so glad you liked Jachin. I knew I was taking a chance writing an anti-hero, but I so loved how he turned out.
Kimba, I agree with you about Revelation’s cover. Loved it and I felt it fit the story perfectly…and yes, Revelation, like the first two books Revelation did have action, intense romance, but it also had…answers! :grinnod:
Anna, I’m so glad you enjoyed Revelation. Emma and Caine’s relationship was so heart tugging…and it just felt right. The struggle they went through really made their HEA that much richer. And I hope your friend loves it JUST as much!
Rhonda, I’m so glad the chemistry worked for you and thanks so much for the compliments!
Sue…have you been naughty or nice? Hmmm, I’ll bet Santa will be good to you either way.
I hope you like Perception and Revelation just as much when you finally get to read them!
Greta, wow, you plan to do some major reading…and what better time then on vacation. I read two and a half books while I was gone for seven days myself.
I hope you love my SCIONS books!
Patricia, I hope every series I write continues to get better and better! It’s great to hear you’ve enjoyed my SCIONS.
Debby, it’s always interesting to read which book strikes the reader the most. My sister liked Resurrection more than Insurrection…though I don’t think she’s read Revelation yet. I’ll be interested to see what she thinks once she’s read the 3rd book.
Terri W, I hope you’ll give Revelation a try. Each SCIONS book is written as a stand alone romance, so you won’t be lost if you read it first.
Blackroze37, Yep, breaking down a name does wonders for the memory on how to spell it. In case anyone’s lost, Blackroze37 is referring to the mention I did in my December newsletter where I said several people have misunderstood when I’ve told them my name was Patrice and written my name as Teresa…and that for those who did understand I said Patrice that they often aren’t sure how to spell it since Patrice isn’t a common name. I’ve found the best way to answer the question, “Er, how do you spell your name?” is to say, “It’s spelled PAT RICE.”
Lora, I understand the “vampire” love. =D
Patrice, I think you know how very much I loved allllll of your books!
And I’ve already won the Collector Cards, but they still haven’t arrived here… *sniffsniff*
I’m waitin’ for some Christmas miracle to happen…
Lisa! I’m so sad you didn’t receive your package. =( I’ll email you.
Patrice
Hi Patrice, I love all three of the books, and honestly I can’t pick just one. I did enjoy Canine and Emma’s story because it tied it all together, but now I want to know how they all fair in the future with their new lives and families. Maybe you could do a small followup in the future =P Hint-hint =D
