Decompressing…

Today I went bowling and scored a 73 and 106. LOL! Pitiful eh? As you can tell I never go bowling. So what does this post have to do with writing, you ask? Well, I think that if you spend too much time at your craft, tension isn’t far behind. Bowling was fun…even if I did break 2 nails in the process (happens every time…hence the reason I rarely go bowling. heh). Getting out is good for the soul. ) Roller skating anyone?

For those reading this post…what do you do to decompress and get completely away from your can’t-get-enough-of-it-even-if-it-drives-you-crazy-at-times career? D

Oh, and on a cool side note, I just found out Ty’s Temptation got a 5 Heart review from The Romance Studio! *g*

  1. I love to bowl - most of my balls end up in the gutter though -I’m really bad, lol.
Would you believe my grandmother used to bowl and has a whole room full of trophies? Your post just made me thing of that, lol.
To decompress I love to hike. We have some incredible trails around here, so I just grab the dogs and the nearest kid and off we go for a hike. I also like photography, that’s my other hobby.

  2. Hey Sam! I’m glad to hear I’m in good company on the bowling skills! Ever duck pin bowled? OMG, you think “regular” bowling is hard? Try throwing a ball that fits in the palm of your hand and pins “half” the regular size….I swear the ball would go RIGHT THROUGH the spaces between the dang pins! So in duck pin bowling…the gutters aren’t the only thing to look out for…it’s the HUGE spaces between the pins, too! LOL!
